VISIT OF 18 STUDENTS FROM MIT SLOAN, USA
TO CITT/KIST

The group of 18 students from Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
School of Management Sloan visited CITT/TBIF to learn about
KIST and its Business incubator.
Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal Ag. Director (CITT) made a brief presentation
on KIST and TBIF to the visiting students on how TBIF is facilitating
young graduates in starting their own small business. Mr. Rajeev
Aggarwal also explained to the delegation that KIST has got
a specialized Centre for Innovations and Technology Transfer
(CITT), through which practical skills are transferred and acquired
and used to support the technological and economic growth of
the country.

| The delegation held discussions
with CITT/TBIF Staff with a view to develop partnerships
with TBIF incubates and MIT, Sloan University which would
enable them to continue their MBA there.
Later the students had one to one discussion with young Entrepreneurs
developed by TBIF. Finally, the visiting delegation appreciates
the role of TBIF in developing Technology in Entrepreneurs
in Rwanda. Later, MIT students called TBIF incubates for
get together. |
